Typically, Rapid Review results are delivered within a 24 to 72‑hour timeframe.
The fee for a Rapid Review is $10 for autographs found on eBay.
Fees apply regardless of the outcome — "Likely Genuine" or "Likely Not Genuine." The only exception is if we issue an "Unable to Render Opinion" verdict, in which case you will be refunded.
Rapid Review is exclusively available for autographed items currently up for auction on platforms such as eBay, Heritage, and Memory Lane, among others. This includes "Buy It Now" listings on eBay as well.
No certificates, letters, or guarantees of authenticity are provided. You will receive a direct assessment based on the details of the listing. It does not include detailed information such as a machine learning score or the impact of relevant features on the decision. For a more comprehensive analysis, consider our Online Pre‑Authentication service.
This means the auction listing's images don't meet the quality standards needed for our AI & Machine Learning system to provide an opinion. Common issues include images being too small, blurry, or poorly taken.
Our AI system is trained to identify autographs across sports, historical, and entertainment categories. On rare occasions, an autograph may be too obscure or lack sufficient reference data for a reliable opinion.
Auction lots often contain multiple signatures. Our system must inspect each signature individually to provide an opinion. If all signatures are visible in the scans, we’ll review the entire lot for a single fee.
We aim to process requests promptly, but last‑minute submissions may not be completed before an auction ends. Please submit requests well in advance. Once submitted, the fee is non‑refundable.
If you buy the item, you can send it to Signatrue for a full examination via our Mail‑In Full Authentication service. If submitted within 90 days of auction close (60 days for non‑eBay auctions), you’ll receive a £5 discount off our standard authentication fee.
Remember, Rapid Reviews are intended for initial guidance and are not eligible for Card & Autograph Dual Service.
