Delete your Signatrue account

Signatrue is operated by Steps Technologies Ltd, the data controller for your personal data.

To protect your account and prevent unauthorised deletion, you must verify ownership of your Signatrue account before it can be deleted. Sign in, then go to Account → Delete account. You can also delete your account in the Signatrue app: Account → Delete account.

Contact us through our contact page or email info@signatrue.ai. We'll verify account ownership before processing your request.

What happens

After a verified request, your account is deleted after 28 days. You can cancel during that period, or choose immediate deletion instead. Deletion removes your account, orders, uploaded photos and certificates, and they can't be recovered.

What we keep

Payment and accounting records (email removed) are kept for 6 years from the end of the financial year (HMRC).

We also keep a deletion record (an unreadable code made from your email) to prevent deleted data from returning from backups. This is kept only as long as backups that might contain the account exist. See our privacy notice for details.
